Film RANGE 15 disutradarai oleh Ross Patterson yang sekaligus bertindak sebagai penulis naskah film ini bersama dengan Billy Jay dan Nick Palmisciano. RANGE 15 merupakan sebnuah film bergenre komedi horor yang akan tayang di AS pada 15 Juni 2016.

EN: Range 15 was spawned from the veterans that make up Ranger Up and Article 15, the two largest military lifestyle brands on the planet.  For years, we’ve given you badass clothing and videos, but last October, while sitting in a bar and drinking an inappropriate amount of alcohol, we decided to join forces and make the greatest movie ever.  Then we sobered up and realized we didn’t really know how to make a movie.  Then we got drunk again and realized that God hates a coward. 

Knowing we needed a director good enough to make our vision a reality and crazy enough to read our script and not call the authorities, we broke into Ross Patterson’s house in the middle of the night and flashbanged his bedroom.  When the smoke cleared, he was in sitting in his smoking jacket wearing an eye patch, pipe in hand.  “I’ll make your movie,” he said.  “But first, you’ll have to dance for me.” We promised we’d never talk about what happened next.

We’re making the military movie you’ve always wanted someone to make: relentless ball busting, guns, explosions, hot chicks, booze, and more guns. We will not dramatically salute each other.  We will kill lots of shit, all while using our weapons correctly.  Again, there will be hot chicks.  Mat will probably sleep with all of them.  And I mean that both in the movie and in real life.  Seriously, that guy has a real problem. Tim Kennedy may or may not be oiled up in a loin cloth.

Synopsis: At least that’s what I think this thing was supposed to be. After a badly staged simulation of an issue-driven chat show, in which an agitated male predicts a generation of uneducated obese kids, the movie cuts to a scene out of one of those debt-consolidation television commercials. A stack of envelopes with “Past Due” stamped in red sits atop the blond faux wood grain of a generic kitchen table. An ailing older woman is seen through an open bedroom door, and a young woman outside that door takes a phone call, while her computer screen silently shows the music video for Kim Wilde’s “Kids in America.” 1994, what a year that was. Why this Millennial, named Jenny, has much interest in it is a question that will, sort of, be addressed. Non-cleverly. The phone call is for a job prospect—ah, overdue-bill problem perhaps solved!—at something called the Posterity Project. Jenny (Elizabeth Morris, one of the film’s co-writers) eagerly makes the appointment, only to meet with obfuscation once inside the designated building. The “there’s no Posterity Project” here bit is the first of several something-is-happening-but-she-don’t-know-what-it-is jabs to which the movie never ends up delivering meaningful follow-ups.

Eventually Jenny gets situated, and meets her coworkers, or rather co-candidates—the appointment is for a job audition, and the job is “chaperoning” a group of academically gifted students enrolled in the Project’s Augmented Reality education program. This being the, or an, ostensible solution to the fat-kid problem the fellow in the opening scene was ranting about. All the participants in the program wear virtual reality glasses, and much of the film is shot via the point of view of the characters wearing the gizmos, which allows the frame to be filled with semi-fancy computer graphics and also means the cinematographer doesn’t have to make a lot of different lens choices. Jenny’s colleagues are Tiggs (Kara Tointon)—who prefers the diminutive to her given name, which is Antigone, and hold on, it gets worse—a perky/feisty young woman, and Darby (Eliot James Langridge), a guy with one of those au courant post-Nazi shaved-side haircuts who’s so surly and anti social it’s hard to believe he’d get past an interview for a gig mopping up at White Castle, but whatever. This trio’s challenge is to look after a group of busy-interacting-with-air (because augmented reality and everything) young geniuses, including one named Cassandra (Isabelle Allen). (I told you it gets worse.) Shepherding the recruits is Ariel (Jamie Bernadette), who’s kind of like Siri with a visual component.

All the ingredients are here, I guess, for an involving and tricky thriller in which actual reality opposes itself to computer-driven reality, not to mention all the potential for social commentary such a scenario engenders. David Cronenberg springs to mind, as do the post-nuke “special” children bred and trained in Joseph Losey’s early ‘60s “The Damned.” “Let’s Be Evil” does not get within swinging, spitting, or any kind of distance of those aforementioned films. There’s no reliable conceptual framework, no actual opposition between villain and protagonist, not much of anything but the computer graphics, the flickering lights and eventual blackouts and crawl-through-the-ventilation scares that worked a lot better in the likes of “Demons 2” than they do here. The movie’s relentless one-note tone makes its final twist, such as it is, entirely predictable and pat. I was surprised to see that this picture had an unrolling at this year’s Slamdance Film Festival, where once upon a time pictures such as Christopher Nolan’s “Following” and Jonathan Weiss’ “The Atrocity Exhibition” unspooled. Standards are sinking everywhere these days, it seems.

Electra Woman (Helbig) and Dyna Girl (Hart) are two amateur superheroes who fight crime in their local city of Akron, Ohio. Wanting to be noticed for their actions, they accept an offer to relocate to Los Angeles. Consequentially they find themselves overwhelmed in the crowded superhero business, and additionally suffer from fighting amongst themselves, as Dyna Girl is displeased with being viewed as Electra Woman's sidekick.

Helbig detailed that the film shot for a month and a half in Vancouver. During the film's production, Helbig detailed in an Entertainment Weekly interview that, "When we create these characters, we want them to feel authentic," adding "I know as an audience member myself, watching YouTube videos and wanting to consume other forms of content, I resonate with the personalities I think are the most transparent."

Hannah Hart expressed that she and Helbig "were pretty involved with the director and the costume department while the suits were being crafted," adding that the two "wanted to make sure that they weren't over-sexualized and functional for crime fighting."

Announcement and release
In February 2015, Legendary Entertainment and Fullscreen announced the project, originally not clarifying whether it would be released through a digital or television platform. In July, a teaser trailer was screened at VidCon 2015, followed by a full trailer in March 2016.

The film was released as a series of eight 11-minute webisodes by Fullscreen on April 26, 2016, through its digital streaming platform. It was released worldwide on June 7, 2016, on all major platforms; Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and Legendary oversaw its distribution.

Reception
Judith Dry of Indiewire gave the film a B+ grade, declaring it "not as addictive as Jessica Jones, and not as funny as Spy, but it's a refreshing addition to the rapidly growing female-led superhero genre." Dry complimented the on-screen chemistry of the titular leads, as well as how the film easily passes the Bechdel–Wallace test.

Tim Poon of Platform Nation gave the film a final score of 5 out of 10, criticizing how "nothing is ever explained through action or environment or inference," noting that the extensive use of exposition via dialogue frequently contravenes the storytelling principle of show, don't tell; he believes this technique reveals "a lack of confidence from the writers in either the actors, the audience, or themselves." Poon qualified his somewhat negative opinion by adding, "Hart ... not only comes the closest to landing the majority of her character's jokes but is also a fully capable actor."

Matt Fowler at IGN, in the style of an advertorial, gave no qualitative opinion of Fullscreen's pre-film serialization other than that Helbig's Electra Woman "overshares" and "gets a bit gross".

K-Shop 2016 Synopsis: Salah (Ziad Abaza) puts his academic studies on-hold in order to help his father run the family kebab shop, in a seaside town on England’s South Coast.  After his father is killed outside the shop, in a confrontation with some late night customers, Salah finds himself in sole charge of a failing business enterprise, which slowly destroys both him and any hope he had of finding a fulfilling and rewarding life of his own.  As time progresses Salah falls further into monetary and mental troubles, as he struggles to make a going concern of the failing shop.  However, following an after-hours altercation with a customer, an opportunity presents itself which could solve all his woes.  The only question is whether he will be able to live with himself if he continues down the path it leads him on?

KshopDVDIt has to be said – whether your film is mainstream, or whether it comes from a more niche genre such as horror – one of the basic things to get right is the central character: if the person on whom the film’s story hinges can garner sympathy and support from the audience, then half the filmmaker’s battle is won.  If not well, let’s be brutal, you may as well give up.  Fortunately for the character of Salah in the new Brit horror / thriller K-Shop (2016) – the debut feature from writer / director Dan Pringle – the audience’s sympathies are with him 100%.  He may do some things – in fact a lot of things – which are pretty despicable and nauseating on a human level, but, considering the lengths to which he is pushed before embarking on the course of revenge down which he goes, one feels that he is hardly to blame.  Besides almost without exception, his victims are a pretty sickening bunch, deserved of the nasty ends they meet.

Not wishing to detract from the vicious and remarkably graphic nature of the film’s frequent killings – Pringle is certainly not a filmmaker who believes in cutting away when the going gets rough – one could argue that the real horrors here come in the form of the vile and drunken clubbers and druggies who make Salah – and his father’s – lives a misery from the outset.  Right from the start the film recreates a marvellously convincing world of grimy sex, booze and drugs, similar to that which can be found most weekends in towns and cities the length and breadth of Britain.  Its depiction of the people involved in this lifestyle, makes for just as disturbing a viewing experience as any of the film’s more overtly horrific elements.  The visualisation of the seedy environment – though restricted in the main to the confines of Salah’s kebab shop and the immediate surrounding area – also feels impressively authentic, probably due in no small part to the production being filmed on location in Bournemouth on England’s South Coast, where it utilised surreptitious filming of many real-life revellers and party-goers.

However, the star of the show is without doubt Abaza.  His interpretation of the hardening and mental disintegration of the young, idealistic Salah – who’s hopes of a proper career away from his father’s mini fast-food empire, soon crumble as he is pushed to extremes by his degenerate tormentors – is both moving and disturbing to behold.  It’s Abaza’s ability to bring humanity and vulnerability – as well as a steely viciousness later on – to Salah, which elicits sympathy from the viewer for the character and, to a degree, makes you excuse and understand the extremes to which he is pushed.


A subplot of the shady world of drugs and a local clubland boss intent on destroying Salah – who stands between him and his domination of the local nightlife scene – saves the film from becoming just another exercise in slice-’n’-dice schlock.  Even so, K-Shop should appeal to those with a taste for real blood and guts horror – just don’t order a late night takeaway before watching it.

Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly (Rose Byrne) are trying to sell their home with the arrival of another baby. A couple, Eric (Sam Richardson) & Jessica Baiers (Abbi Jacobson) are looking to buy; the realtor (Liz Cackowski) tells Mac and Kelly that their house is in escrow for 30 days, so the Baiers' will check in every now and then to make sure everything is okay. Meanwhile, Mac's friend, Jimmy, and his once-again wife Paula are also expecting. At the sorority, Phi Lamda, Shelby (Chloë Grace Moretz), a freshman, learns that sororities aren't allowed to host parties, and can only attend frat parties. That night, Shelby meets two other freshmen, Beth (Kiersey Clemons) and Nora (Beanie Feldstein). They attend a frat party, but are disgusted by the sexist and perverse nature of the party. The trio decides to set up a new sorority, Kappa Nu, to host their own parties.

Meanwhile, Teddy Sanders (Zac Efron) is at a dinner with his old frat brothers Pete (Dave Franco), Scoonie (Christopher Mintz-Plasse), and Garf (Jerrod Carmichael). Since graduating, Scoonie has launched his own app, and Garf became a cop. Teddy now has a criminal record and can't get a worthwhile job. Pete's boyfriend Darren (John Early) then proposes to him, and Pete accepts, leading Pete to ask Teddy to move out. The following day, the girls rent the adjacent house to the Radners', with help from Teddy. That night, they throw their first party. Horrified to learn they are a sorority, Mac and Kelly ask Shelby to keep the noise down. The couple contact Shelby's father (Kelsey Grammer), but he fails to control the situation.

Feeling betrayed, the girls constantly haze the Radners. Mac and Kelly report them to Dean Gladstone (Lisa Kudrow), but she is unable to intervene since they are an independent sorority. Mac and Jimmy retaliate by causing a bedbug infestation in the house, resulting in a fumigation. The girls plan to raise money by selling weed at the school's tailgate, which Teddy expresses his displeasure about. The girls vote Teddy out of the house and have the other weed dealers on campus arrested to eliminate competition. Teddy decides to join forces with the Radners to take down the sorority. They all go to the tailgate event to steal the weed. Teddy distracts the girls while Mac steals their weed supply. Shelby catches Mac, but he manages to escape.

The girls switch Mac's and Kelly's phone numbers with their own, leading Kelly to become paranoid, and Mac to end up in Sydney, Australia. When he returns, Mac and Kelly find that they've been robbed and the sorority is selling their stuff and has spray-painted "Kappa Nu" on the house. This causes the Baiers to pull out from the deal. The girls find an eviction notice on their door. With barely any money to support themselves, Shelby says the only way they can win is to abandon their morals and resort to having a basic frat party with more sex appeal. They advertise the party to everyone on campus, leading to more people showing up at the house.

Jimmy and Paula sneak into the party while Teddy tries to shut off the power. Teddy gets into the electrical box, but the girls have a backup power source. While Jimmy ends up getting roofied, Shelby enters the Radners' house to cut off their phones. Mac and Teddy chase her to the garage, but get locked inside. They break out by using airbags from an old car.

Disgusted by the crude and perverted nature of the party, Beth and Nora decide to quit the sorority and blame Shelby for the disaster, leading the other girls to leave as well. Mac and Kelly, feeling guilty, encourage the girls to go back to what they believe in. The girls then kick the frat boys out and have a normal girl party. This attracts all of the Phi Lamda girls, who want to pledge for Kappa Nu. By the end of the night, the girls make enough money not only to keep their house, but to give the surplus to Mac and Kelly so they can rent their house due to overflowing pledges. Mac and Kelly happily agree, as long as they get five buckets of money per month. Paula goes into labor, meanwhile Teddy apologizes to Pete and Darren for his behavior.

Three months later, Teddy is helping Pete get ready to walk down the aisle. Teddy has become a wedding planner, primarily for gay couples. Mac and Kelly have now moved into their new home. They bring home their new baby, Mildred, to join Jimmy and Paula with their new son.

On July 2, 2016, the world is preparing to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of their survival after the invasion. In the provincial African state Republique Nationale d'Umbutu,[11] ESD Director David Levinson meets with Dr. Catherine Marceaux and warlord Dikembe Umbutu, who leads him to an intact alien destroyer. Aboard the ship, they discover that the alien occupants sent a distress call to their home planet before being defeated. Furthermore, Umbutu and former U.S. President Thomas Whitmore are among those who are telepathically linked with the aliens ever since their personal encounters with them. At Area 51, Dr. Brakish Okun awakens after a twenty-year coma.

On July 3, a spherical ship with technology different from the aliens' emerges from a wormhole near the ESD's Moon defense headquarters. Levinson believes that it belongs to another extraterrestrial race that might be benevolent and urges the world's Security Council not to attack, but they vote to shoot it down regardless.

On July 4, against ESD's orders, pilots Jake Morrison and Charlie Miller pick up Levinson, Marceaux, Umbutu, and Levinson's accountant Floyd Rosenberg on a space tug and they head for the wreckage, where they recover a container. An alien mothership 3,000 miles (4,800 km) in diameter suddenly emerges and destroys Earth's planetary defenses before approaching the planet.[11][12] The space tug is caught in the mothership's gravitational pull, which lifts objects from across Asia. The debris falls all over Europe, where the tug manages to escape before heading on to Area 51. The mothership lands over the north of the Atlantic Ocean, destroying cities on the Eastern Seaboard, and begins drilling a hole through the bottom of it to harvest the heat of the core for fuel, which will destroy Earth's magnetic field in the process.

Whitmore interrogates one of the aliens held in captivity from the war. The ESD learns that the aliens exist in eusociality, and that one of their colossal Queens is commanding the invasion. Levinson concludes that, if they kill the supervising Queen, her forces will cease drilling and retreat. An ESD aerial fleet, led by Captain Dylan Dubrow-Hiller, stages a counterattack on the Queen's chamber, but they are caught in a trap within the mothership, which wipes out nearly the entire unit.

In Area 51, Okun opens the container and releases a giant white sphere of virtual intelligence; indeed benevolent, it reveals that its mission is to evacuate survivors from worlds targeted by the aliens, whom it calls "Harvesters", and that it has gathered a viable resistance force against the Harvesters. In the mothership, Dylan, Jake, and other survivors manage to escape by hijacking enemy attack crafts and pursue the Queen's personal ship, which is heading to Area 51 with its convoy.

Knowing the Queen has become aware of the sphere's presence; the ESD forces hide it in an isolation chamber and use a decoy to lure the Queen's ship to a trap filled with fusion weapons. Against his daughter Patricia's wishes, Whitmore volunteers to pilot the space tug on the suicide mission, leading the warship to the trap and detonates the bombs, sacrificing himself, and destroying the ship. However, the Queen survives using an energy shield on her biomechanical suit. Patricia personally flies a hybrid fighter that neutralizes the Queen's shield, allowing Dylan's arriving party to kill the Queen before she can take the sphere. With the Queen dead, the mothership stops drilling and retreats to space. Okun reveals that the sphere has asked humanity to lead its resistance and offered them new technology in preparation for a counterattack to the Harvester's home planet.

EN Synopsis: Television financial guru Lee Gates (George Clooney) is in the midst of airing the latest edition of his show, "Money Monster." Less than 24 hours earlier, IBIS Clear Capital's stock inexplicably cratered, apparently due to a glitch in a trading algorithm, costing investors $800 million. Lee planned to have IBIS CEO Walt Camby (Dominic West) appear for a softball interview about the crash, but Camby unexpectedly left for a business trip in Geneva.

Midway through the show, a deliveryman wanders onto the set, pulls a gun and takes Gates hostage, and forces him to put on a vest laden with explosives.[4] The "deliveryman" is laborer Kyle Budwell (Jack O'Connell), who invested $60,000—his entire life savings, inherited from his deceased mother—in IBIS after Lee endorsed the company a month earlier on the show. Kyle was wiped out along with the other investors, and now wants answers. Unless he gets them, he will blow up Lee before killing himself. Once police are notified, they discover that the receiver to the bomb's vest is located over Lee's kidney. The only way to destroy the receiver—and with it, Kyle's leverage—is to shoot Lee and hope he survives.

With the help of longtime director Patty Fenn (Julia Roberts), Lee tries to calm Kyle down and get him some answers. Camby is nowhere to be found, and Kyle is not satisfied when both Lee and IBIS chief communications officer Diane Lester (Caitriona Balfe) offer to compensate him for his financial loss. He also is not satisfied by Diane's insistence that the algorithm is to blame. Diane is not satisfied by her own explanation either, and decides to contact the programmer who created the algorithm for answers, reaching a man in Seoul. The programmer insists that an algorithm could not take such a large, lopsided position unless a human meddled with it.

In the meantime, the police find Kyle's pregnant girlfriend and allow her to talk to Kyle through a video feed. When she learns that he lost everything, she viciously berates him before the police cut the feed. Lee, seemingly taking pity on Kyle, agrees to help Kyle discover what went wrong.

Once Camby arrives back in New York, Diane flips through his passport, revealing that he didn't go to Geneva at all, but to Johannesburg. With this clue, along with messages from Camby's phone, Patty and the "Money Monster" team contact a group of Icelandic hackers to try and discover the truth. After a police sniper takes a shot at Lee and misses, he and Kyle resolve to corner Camby at Federal Hall, where Camby is headed according to Diane. They head out with one of the network's cameramen, the police, and a mob of fans and jeerers alike. They barely manage to corner Camby, and after ensuring that he will not run away, they finally confront him with the full story, with video evidence obtained by the hackers.


It turns out that Camby bribed a South African miners' union, planning to have IBIS make an $800 million investment in the mine while the union was on strike. If Camby's plan had succeeded, IBIS would have generated a multibillion-dollar profit when work resumed at the mine and the stock of the mine's owner rose again. The gambit backfired when the union stayed on the picket line, causing IBIS' stock to sink under the weight of its position in the flailing mining company. Confronted with the evidence, Camby admits his swindle. Satisfied, Kyle kills himself by allowing the police to shoot him after throwing the detonator away, much to Lee's dismay. In the aftermath, the SEC announces that IBIS will be put under scrutiny and Camby on trial for violations of the Foreign Investments Act.

When they accidentally kill Erik's family, he retaliates by murdering them. En Sabah Nur later approaches the disheartened Erik and takes him to Auschwitz, where Erik's power first manifested. Erik destroys the camp and joins him.

En Sabah Nur enters Xavier's mind while Xavier is using the mutant-locating computer Cerebro and, co-opting Xavier's powers, forces all global superpowers to launch Earth's entire nuclear arsenal into space to prevent interference. He and his new lieutenants arrive at the mansion and kidnap Xavier. Attempting to stop them, Alex accidentally causes an explosion that destroys the mansion. Peter Maximoff — having learned that he is Erik's son, and hoping that Xavier can help to find him — arrives in time to use his super-speed to evacuate the students just before the explosion destroys the building, but Alex is presumed dead. Colonel William Stryker's forces subsequently capture Hank, Raven, Peter, and Moira, and take them to a military facility for interrogation. Scott, Jean and Kurt covertly follow and liberate their comrades using Stryker's mind-controlled and brainwashed experiment, Weapon X, whose memories Jean partially restores.

At En Sabah Nur's behest, Erik uses his powers to control Earth's magnetic poles, causing widespread destruction across the planet and mass casualties. En Sabah Nur plans to transfer his consciousness into Xavier's body and use Xavier's power to enslave the minds of every person on earth. Xavier secretly sends a telepathic distress call to Jean, and the others travel to Cairo to battle Apocalypse and his horsemen. They rescue Xavier, but he loses his hair as the process nears completion. Angel is defeated and incapacitated in the battle. Erik and Ororo are convinced to turn on En Sabah Nur and, with Scott's help, they keep him occupied physically while Xavier fights him telepathically in the astral plane. Finally, Xavier encourages Jean to unleash the full extent of her powers, incinerating En Sabah Nur. In the ensuing chaos, Psylocke flees.

Xavier restores Moira's memories, and the two rekindle their relationship. Erik and Jean help reconstruct the school, but Erik refuses Xavier's offer to stay and help teach. Peter decides not to tell Erik that he is Erik's son yet. As the new X-Men, Hank and Raven train new recruits Scott, Jean, Ororo, Kurt, and Peter.

In a post-credits scene, men in suits visit the Weapon X facility to retrieve data on Stryker's mutant research, including an X-ray and a blood sample marked "Weapon X", on behalf of the Essex Corporation.
